Start free. Choose paid continuation deliberately.
This page explains the standard self-service trial, tentative users, Founding Customer Rate protection, billing activation, cancellation, and what happens to data after service ends.
1. 30-day free trial
The standard self-service Turnover Team trial lasts 30 days and does not require a credit card to begin. The trial is intended to let a real team evaluate Turnover with a real workflow before committing to paid use.
2. Tentative users during trial
The user count entered during program creation is a tentative estimate. Customer may change that count during the free trial before charges are incurred. Turnover encourages Customers to estimate the people who may realistically capture, own, respond to, coordinate, or close work rather than limiting the trial to administrators.
3. Current Founding Customer Rate
Current self-service Founding Customer pricing starts at $75 per month for one Turnover Team program with 5 users included. Additional authorized users are currently $15 per month each, before applicable taxes. Current website pricing is subject to the applicable order, invoice, or checkout presented when Customer activates paid service.
4. Founding Customer Rate protection
A continuously active qualifying subscription keeps preferential Founding Customer pricing for the features included in that subscription, subject to reasonable periodic inflation-related adjustments. This protection does not freeze the price of additional users, additional programs, optional add-ons, newly introduced paid features, taxes, custom work, or materially expanded services. If a subscription is cancelled and later restarted, then-current pricing may apply.
5. Activating paid service
To continue after the trial, Customer must affirmatively activate paid billing and provide or approve a supported payment method or invoicing arrangement. Turnover will not charge an unapproved payment method merely because a trial expires. When paid continuation is activated, the first paid amount becomes due when the trial ends or as stated on the invoice or order.
6. Payment, grace period, and late charges
Amounts are due according to the applicable invoice, checkout, or order. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Customer has a 10-day grace period after the payment due date. After that period, Turnover may suspend access until the account is current and may assess a late fee where permitted by law and disclosed on the applicable invoice or order.
7. User, program, and add-on changes
Adding authorized users, additional Turnover programs, or paid add-ons increases the subscribed scope and may increase charges. Turnover will present the applicable price or billing effect through the relevant checkout, invoice, order, or administrative workflow before the charge is finalized. Future paid add-ons, including Turnover Shared Knowledge if offered, are separate from the features included in the base program subscription.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Customer may cancel a self-service subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless Turnover and Customer agree otherwise. Fees already paid are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly agreed by Turnover.
9. Data after cancellation or termination
Unless a written agreement specifies a different period, Customer may retrieve or request available Customer Data for 30 days after service ends. After that period, Turnover may delete Customer Data from active systems. Residual protected backups may remain for up to 90 days and may be kept longer where required for law, security, or dispute preservation.
10. International billing
International business customers may be accepted where supported by Turnover, Stripe or another approved payment provider, tax requirements, and applicable law. Unless Turnover expressly offers another currency, self-service charges are stated and billed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes may be added when required.
