Turnover Core · Real application screen

Evergreen Industrial Works is the fictional example Program name. These approved captures illustrate features using separate sample records; they are not a connected public account. Interactive Program data remains access-controlled.

Choose your perspective

One plant. Different work. Connected where it helps.

A Program can serve just one team or grow with the facility. Choose the part of the story that matters to you, then examine the corresponding illustrative records.

For Maintenance: reuse the first investigation

Maintenance captures troubleshooting steps in a Technical LiveNote and closes it into a searchable TechNote. When the symptom recurs, the next technician starts with documented checks instead of a blank page.

Screens in the five journeys above, the Core technical example, and the Leroy example are approved but separate sample scenarios. They are not presented as one continuous transaction. Technical history charts aggregate multiple records. Leroy is an optional Program-wide Intelligence add-on, not required for Core troubleshooting, records or history.

Quick product answers

What does Turnover actually do?

These are the basics to know before evaluating a Program. For deeper detail, follow the linked product and pricing pages.

What is Turnover?

Turnover Application Systems is a web-based industrial work and knowledge platform. It gives authorized teams a shared place for active issues, operational handoffs, technical history, assigned Actions, equipment context and selected planning and materials workflows. Teams can start with one use case rather than adopting every module at once.

Does every department have to use Turnover?

No. Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and other facility teams can get value independently. Where appropriate, permissions and shared work context make cross-department follow-up easier.

Does Turnover replace a CMMS, ERP, MES or historian?

Not necessarily. Turnover has overlapping capabilities in work management, preventive maintenance, inventory and projects, but can also complement existing systems. Specific integrations depend on the available connector and deployment scope; this showcase does not claim live machine or enterprise-system integration. See how Turnover fits existing systems.

What is Core, and what does Intelligence add?

Core provides practical capture, collaboration, search and retained history, including TurnBase knowledge access. Optional Turnover Intelligence adds Leroy's evidence-backed assistance, advanced context and recurring oversight. The Intelligence subscription is applied to the entire Program, while local permissions govern feature access. See current pricing and terms.

Are these screenshots from the real software?

Yes. The product images are approved captures from the actual Turnover application. Evergreen Industrial Works is a fictional example Program identity. Screenshot records are separate examples and are not represented as one real, linked customer transaction.

The first time, solve it. The next time, start with what your team learned.
