Founding rates, billing and long-term terms
Founding Core is $15 per user/month with a five-seat minimum. Intelligence is an optional Program-wide add-on of +$10 per user/month for every seat in that Program; Local Admin controls which authorized users can access specific Intelligence features. Both Founding rates are 50% below planned standard rates ($30 Core and +$20 Intelligence per user/month). TurnBase stays useful in Core
Customers should not have to buy Intelligence to retrieve knowledge they put into Turnover.
Core users can capture, browse, search, and export authorized customer-owned TurnBase content. Intelligence charges for the additional work Turnover does with that knowledge: advanced context construction, cross-record reasoning, Leroy, automation, and curated resources.
- Customer-created knowledge remains portable through authorized export
- Intelligence can build richer context from TurnBase and connected Program evidence
- The Turnover-curated Intelligence Import Library does not consume customer repository space when served from Turnover's shared library

Turnover-curated shared library resources are not intended to consume the customer's own repository allocation.
Auto Jobs + notifications
Automation is broader than TurnBase.
Turnover Intelligence can use Auto Jobs and automatic notifications across supported Program areas. Authorized users can configure recurring oversight and supported conditions instead of relying only on a fixed list of alerts.
Custom trigger logic
Supported jobs and notification rules can evaluate configured conditions against eligible Program data. Actual scope depends on enabled capabilities, permissions, and the job type.
Recurring intelligence work
Prepare project summaries, aging-work reviews, safety follow-up, management reports, or other supported recurring analysis without manually rebuilding the same view every time.
Surface what actually needs attention
Notify designated people when configured conditions are met instead of flooding everyone with every event in the Program.
