Step 1

Start with the basics.

Give Turnover enough context to make the new program feel like your operation from the start. Program name, your name, company / organization, and location are required. Program purpose is recommended and can be changed later.

Add another program administrator Recommended
Your signed-in account is already the first administrator. We recommend adding at least one additional program administrator now so another trusted person can help manage access and setup. Enter their email and click Add Administrator to place them on the program's starting admin list.

Step 2

Who owns the work?

Turnover uses work groups to route and organize responsibility. We loaded a simple starter set for you. Keep it, rename it, add groups, or remove what you do not need.

You can change these later in Turnover.

Step 3

Estimate your trial users.

Your program starts with a 30-day free trial. This is only your best estimate of who may use Turnover during the trial — you can change it before any charges begin.

Tentative Users
Enter your best estimate of the people who may capture, receive, own, respond, coordinate, or close work during the trial. Minimum 5. This number is tentative and can be changed before billing begins.
Founding Customer Rate
Estimated after the 30-day trial
One Turnover Team program includes 5 seats at $75/month. Additional seats are $15/month each. Your Founding Customer Rate is protected for the features included in your active subscription, subject to reasonable inflation-related adjustments. Additional users, programs, and paid add-ons are priced separately.
Estimate the people who may actually participate.

Anyone on the team can start the flow, and people can participate in more than one way. Include likely users across the real workflow rather than only administrators or the core technical group. It is okay to estimate a little high — the count can be changed during the free trial before any charges are incurred.

Capture / RespondOperations, service, project leads, frontline teams
Capture / Own / RespondMaintenance, Electrical, Engineering, technical owners
Capture / Own / CoordinateSupervisors, planners, leads, managers
Your Trial

Use the trial on one real workflow.

Use your best estimate of the people who may help complete a real loop: capture, own, respond, coordinate, close, and find the work again. You can add or remove tentative users during the trial before billing begins.
